Marcelo awarded tribute for 10 years at Real Madrid
Unveiled as a Real Madrid player on November 15 2006, Marcelo has become a stalwart at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu and was today presented with a special shirt and clock to mark his decade on Los Blancos' books.
The left-back was signed from Brazilian club Fluminense as an 18-year-old and officially moved to Spain the following January, making his debut as a substitute against Deportivo La Coruna days later.
In his time at the club, Marcelo has bagged three LaLiga titles, two Copa del Reys, two Champions League, two Supercopa de Espanas, two UEFA Super Cups, and two Club World Cups.
